Medical Report A medical report, issued within four months of the application, confirms the applicant is fit to work and free of any contagious diseases, including HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis and Mantoux. Insurance Policy Valid for all Schengen countries with a minimum coverage of 30,000 euros. The insurance must cover all risks, e.g. accident, illness, need for repatriation, etc. The policy must clearly specify the period of validity, which should be longer than the duration of the visa.
